At checkout, you will have the option to take Transit Protection. For a small fee, Transit Protection guarantees the safety of your order in transit and ultra-fast resolution of any situation where your order is lost or damaged.
Advance replacement of your order
If your order is damaged during transit and you have elected to take the Transit Protection option, we will immediately send a replacement as soon as we have accepted your claim – no need to wait until the goods are returned to us!
Complimentary upgrade to express shipping
If your goods are lost or damaged in transit and require replacement, we will send the replacement goods via Express Post regardless of the original shipping method. This does not apply to products containing Dangerous Goods (e.g. lithium) or products with any packed measurement greater than 1000mm.
